Diana Lee

Co-Founder & CEO

Diana’s career in the automotive industry has spanned over 30 years with experience in automotive sales, marketing, consulting, and coaching as a CPC, ELI-MP. Diana has launched products for automotive manufacturers and has worked with national ventures to launch global brands both in and out of automotive. She was Account Director for a social media initiative for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, leading the team that designed the strategy to launch a global social media campaign on Meningococcal Disease. Diana also successfully pioneered an online car-buying program for major online vendors, such as Diana has been recognized as an outstanding producer, coach, trainer and mentor both to peers, other industry leaders and the dealers she serves.

Matt Woodruff

Co-Founder & PRESIDENT

Before joining Diana to form Constellation Agency, Matt served as Associate Strategy Director for Social.Lab at Ogilvy & Mather. Matt honed his skills as a strategist at global agencies such as Ogilvy and Havas Worldwide, as well as social and brand agencies MBLM and Twoxfour, where he worked on brands such as IBM, Hershey’s, Nespresso, and UL. His agency background was focused on pairing high-level brand and marketing strategy with deep knowledge and expertise in social media marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies.

Nauman Hafiz


Nauman has spent the last 10 years as part of the technology leadership team at R/GA, working closely with premier brands such as Nike, Marvel, Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and Uber. From marketing launches and content management sites, to digital fitness and e-commerce experiences, he has helped architect and develop platforms to drive innovation, business and growth. His guidance has helped define R/GA's overall strategy and direction in the cloud, building partnerships with industry leads, and managing infrastructure and delivery across the global office network.

Matthew Mores


Prior to joining Constellation Agency, Matt spent over 10 years in the language services industry. In his last position, he led a team of nearly 50 sales representations across the world, from Europe to Asia.His expertise includes executing RFP preparations, securing enterprise technology deals, and strategic account mapping. Outside of business development, he also spearheaded his former company’s LGBTQ advocacy group and is still actively involved in various non-profit organizations across New York City.

David Johnson


David Johnson is one part data geek, two parts campaign perfectionist and the Vice President of Paid Media at Constellation Agency. He's been in the auto industry for over 15 years and has spoken at many industry events, written columns on social marketing & paid search and has trained OEM teams on the subtle art of digital marketing. These days he can be seen focusing on digital strategy, campaign optimization and training with the campaign team on how to get 1% better every day.

Kelly Marek


Kelly has over 15 years experience leading strategic initiatives and delivering results. She recently oversaw the strategic sales and client on boarding activities for over $100M in global engagements with Fortune500 companies for a leading service and technology provider. While there, she developed and refined processes that drove operational efficiencies, led client success programs and built relationships with key stakeholders within client and partner organizations to drive global account strategy and performance. Kelly loves problem-solving and a good joke, and in both cases is always looking for one she hasn’t heard.

Gigi Aboutaam


Gigi is an experienced B2B and B2C marketer with a comprehensive background in brand strategy, campaign design and execution, brand and trade management, and market research. Prior to joining Constellation Agency, Gigi was part of the Growth & Innovation team at Ogilvy Consulting where she served clients across various industries including Technology, Healthcare, Retail, and Financial Services. Gigi’s international experience includes leading the strategic direction and operational execution for a $300Mn brand portfolio at a leading FMCG regional headquarters in Dubai. She speaks fluent French and Arabic and is business proficient in Spanish. Gigi is an avid traveller and loves to explore new cultures and destinations.
